By using ChessEyes you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

ChessEyes imports your public chess games, detects the openings you play, and links them to publicly available grandmaster videos. It’s provided “as is”, and may change or have downtime while we build.

Your account

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• Only connect chess accounts you own or have the right to access.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and don’t use it unlawfully.

Content & intellectual property

Grandmaster videos belong to their respective creators (e.g. the Agadmator channel) and are shown via public YouTube links/embeds. ChessEyes claims no ownership of that content. The ChessEyes name, brand and software are ours.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and, unless required by law, non-refundable. They don’t purchase any guaranteed feature or service level.

Disclaimer & liability

ChessEyes is provided without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
